Please note: You will need a Snapper USB or a Snapper Feeder in order to use the MySnapper Application.
If you have installed any software on Linux previously then we reckon you know what you're doing already. Just click on the button above and go for it. If you’re not too sure however, then you may find the instructions below helpful.
1. You will need root access to install the following software.
2. If not already installed, download and install Adobe AIR runtime for linux from www.adobe.com
3. Download the file "MySnapper.tar.gz" by clicking the button above.
4. Unpack the file in a new empty temporary directory, the contents will be
a. MySnapper.air - AIR application
b. snapmsdp-xxxx.deb - deb packaged drivers for Debian or Ubuntu
c. snapmsdp-xxxx.rpm - rpm packaged drivers for RedHat, CentOS or Suse
5. Install the drivers packaged depending on your release on Linux.
6. Install the MySnapper.air file using the Adobe AIR installation tool.
