Snapper penalty fare – known issue

Leave a comment Blog published on 18 August 2010 by admin

We have identified a problem with a small number of customers who’ve paid for their GO Wellington bus fare using Snapper over the past few days, and who have incorrectly received a penalty fare.

This is a Snapper issue and we are all hands on deck to fix it immediately.  We will let you know as soon as this has been resolved.

If you have noticed an incorrect Snapper penalty fare applied to any of your GO Wellington bus trips over the last few days, please let us know by emailing your Snapper number and contact details to info@snapper.co.nz.

To check your Snapper transactions online, register your Snapper at www.snapper.co.nz/register-your-snapper

We apologise for any inconvenience and we’ll act immediately to put it right for you.
