Planned Outage

On Tuesday 7 September, top ups using MySnapper will be unavailable between 6.00pm and 9.00pm due to a scheduled power outage affecting the building where the MySnapper top ups application is hosted. During this time customers will not be able to top up using MySnapper.

Topping up at Snapper retailers is unaffected; click here to see the hundreds of retailers where you can top up.
You can also top up in the evenings at the Snapper kiosks at Reading Cinema Courtenay Place and at Wellington Airport – Airport Flyer lounge, situated on the ground floor of the airport.

The Snapper website will be unaffected and you will be able to view your Snapper balance and Snapper transaction history on the website under the My Account page.

We apologise for any inconvenience and we will let you know when MySnapper is back online.
