There are hundreds of Snapper retailers and they're easy to spot with "Snapper it" window stickers and often a sign outside the store. Below is our retailer map to find your nearest Snapper retailer, or you can check our list of Snapper retailers.
To top up, simply ask to top up your Snapper and pay by cash or EFTPOS to transfer the funds on to your Snapper. You can also just ask to check your balance, which takes only a couple of seconds and is a great way to keep track of how much you have left.
Snapper agents can check your balance, top up your Snapper and some can even apply a travel pass to your Snapper.
Please note that there is a 25c fee for topping up at a retailer. If you ask for a $20 top-up, then $19.75 will be added to your card. This fee covers the cost of the retailer providing the service and applicable bank charges.
