How to get a Snapper USB or a Snapper Feeder
As you're more than likely sitting at your computer right now, the quickest and easiest way to grab a Snapper USB or a Snapper Feeder is to go to the Snapper store and place your order online. In most cases your shiny new Snapper will be with you in a couple of days.
Some Snapper retailers also stock USBs and Feeders, but not all, so maybe give them a call first. And if you're in Wellington and simply can't wait, then pop into Snapper HQ at Level 8, Kordia House, 109-125 Willis Street, Wellington, where we have the full range of Snapper goodies available from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
Compatibility
MySnapper works with most recent versions of Windows from XP onwards and all Intel Macs from OS X version 10.5 onwards. Please see below for the complete list of system requirements.
Although you top up online, MySnapper doesn't use your browser, so it doesn't matter if you're using Internet Explorer or Firefox, Safari or Chrome... MySnapper will still work.
The Snapper Feeder is designed to work with a Snapper card such as a Snapper Red or a Snapper Mini. The card just slips under the clip and stays in place.
If you have another type of Snapper, such as a Snapper Sprat, then you can still use the Feeder. Just hold your Sprat firmly onto the Feeder to read the balance, and if you're topping it up, make sure you keep it still until the transaction is complete. (Snapper Household Hint No. 28,407: A spot of BluTack® is great for keeping an unruly Sprat in place!).
