Snapper Services Limited was formed in 2006 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Infratil Limited. Snapper launched in the New Zealand market in July 2008.
Infratil is listed on the New Zealand Stock Exchange, and is an infrastructure owner and operator specialising in long term sustainable ventures in renewable energy, airports and public transport in New Zealand, Australia and Europe.
