Install MySnapper on macOS

1. Make sure any previous versions of MySnapper are completely uninstalled (check your ‘Applications’ folder).

2. Download a new copy of MySnapper from the website (above).

3. Find the MySnapper.dmg in your ‘Downloads’ folder.

4. Double click the folder to open it. You will see the icons shown below.

5. Drag the ‘MySnapper’ icon into the ‘Applications’ folder.

6. Open your ‘Applications’ folder and find MySnapper. Double click on the icon to open.

Troubleshooting

You may receive a message saying the app is unable to be opened because it is made by an ‘Unidentified developer’. If this happens please follow the instructions below.

1. Click on the Apple icon in the top left of your screen to open the menu, then click on ‘System Preferences’

2. Click on the ‘Security & Privacy’ icon.

3. Click on the ‘Open Anyway’ button (as on the image below).

4. Click on ‘Open’ on the pop up that appears.
