Tertiary concession – Email provided doesn’t match records

You received this message because you are applying for your tertiary concession with a different email than the one your tertiary education provider has for you. The email address is the main email that the university will use to send notifications to you.

You will need to go back to the admin/enrolment office to check which email is associated with your student ID. If it’s out of date, you will need them to update it within their system to your active email address. Once updated you can complete the online registration found at https://tertiary.snapper.co.nz and complete the form with your correct details.
