Uninstalling MySnapper

Mac

If you’re using a Mac, please follow the steps below to uninstall:

1. Open “Finder”
2. Select “Applications”
3. From this menu, delete/move the following to trash:
   – MySnapper
   – Adobe AIR Application Installer
4. Once they’re in the trash, empty/delete the contents of trash.

If you would like to re-install MySnapper, here’s how to do this using a Mac.

Windows

If you’re using a Windows PC, please follow the steps below to uninstall:

1. Select “Start”.
2. Select “Control Panel”.
3. Select “Add or remove Programs” or “Programs and Features”.
4. Select “MySnapper” and click uninstall.

Select “MySnapper Device Package” and click uninstall.
