Will SuperGold free off-peak travel still be available?

Yes. SuperGold card holders can travel free on Metlink services at eligible times: 

Weekdays: 9.00am–3.00pm and after 6.30pm 

Weekends and public holidays: all day.
Make sure you carry your SuperGold card when travelling, as it may be requested.
