Missing top up

If you’ve recently purchased a top-up or been issued a credit but this hasn’t been added to your balance, this can be collected to your card via the iOS app: 

  •  Log in to your Snapper account via the app  
  •  Follow the prompts to open the card scanner  
  •  Place your Snapper card on the back of your iPhone. Reading the card may take a few seconds. 

 Once the card has been scanned, it will collect the pending top up or credit and add this to your card balance, displaying the updated amount.
