When you enter your credit/debit card details for your account they aren’t saved or recorded by Snapper, the app or the phone. Card details are processed by a payment provider who is compliant with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) guidelines to keep your details secure. During the top-up process on the Snapper mobile apps, you may be required to enter your email address. This is a requirement of the payment gateway (Windcave). Like credit card details, Snapper does not collect or store this information. The email address is submitted directly from your device to Windcave and is used by Windcave and the banks as they deem necessary to meet their security requirements.
