What about my concessions (Child, Tertiary, Community Connect and Accessible)?

Concessions aren’t available when you pay using a contactless debit or credit card, or a digital wallet. 

If you’re eligible for a concession fare (such as Child, Tertiary, Community Connect, or Accessible), you’ll need to use an eligible concession‑linked Snapper card or your Total Mobility to receive the discounted fare.
