What if my contactless payment is declined? 

If you have an unpaid fare from a previous trip, your card or device will be blocked from tagging on until it’s resolved. 

We’ll automatically retry collecting the outstanding payment periodically over the following days. Once payment is collected, your card or device will be unblocked automatically.
