Missing top up If you’ve recently purchased a top-up or been issued a credit but this hasn’t been added to your balance, this can be collected to your card via the iOS app: Log in to your Snapper account via the app Follow the prompts to open the card scanner Place your Snapper card on the back of your iPhone. Reading the card may take a few seconds. Once the card has been scanned, it will collect the pending top up or credit and add this to your card balance, displaying the updated amount.
