Snapper card not showing in the app

The Snapper Mobile app uses NFC to read your card information directly off the card. Hold your Snapper card to the NFC sweet spot at the back of your phone – this may take a few seconds.

If the Snapper Mobile app isn’t reading your card, make sure your NFC is turned on (you’ll find this under “Settings” on your phone).

If you have other cards nearby, or a thick case on your phone, the Snapper Mobile app may not be able to read your card.
