What about my concessions (Child, Tertiary, Community Services Card and Total Mobility)?

Concessions aren’t available when you pay using a contactless debit or credit card, or a digital wallet. 

If you’re eligible for a concession fare (such as Child, Tertiary, Community Services Card, or Total Mobility), you’ll need to use an eligible concession‑linked Snapper card to receive the discounted fare.
