Who can get a concession?

Child Under 13 Free Passes are available to passengers aged 5 to 12.

Child concessions are available to passengers aged 13 to 18, or until completion of secondary schooling (whichever comes later).

Young Adult Connect concessions are available to passengers aged 19 to 24.

Tertiary concessions  are available to tertiary students studying at an approved education provider.

Accessible concessions are available to Te Hunga Whaikaha Total Mobility cardholders and Blind Low Vision NZ clients.

Community Connect concessions are available to Community Services Card holders.
