Snapper at Red Light

As Aotearoa has now moved to the Red Light setting as part of our COVID-19 response, we wanted to update you on what that means for Snapper users.  For the most part – business is as usual. 

Catching the bus and train

There are no changes to current operating – please see Metlink’s website for more detail on expectations when you travel, as well as all service updates and timetables. Alternatively, you can call the Metlink Service Centre on 0800 801 700.

Snapper assistance is available at either of the Wellington City, or Upper Hutt i-SITE service centres.

Kiosks / retailers:

Requirements for vaccine passes and mask wearing will be dependent on the individual retailer/kiosk location. Please see the COVID-19 government website, or check with the retailer if you’re unsure.
