Problems topping up

Firstly, make sure you’ve selected at least a minimum top up value. Below are the minimum top-up amounts for Snapper products:

• Mobile – $1.00
• Snapper kiosk – $0.01
• Retailer – $0.01

How are you topping up?

If it’s at a kiosk – make sure you leave the card on the reader until the top up has been confirmed and collected onto your card.

If you’re using the app – make sure you hold you card to the back of your device until it’s confirmed the top up has been collected. If you’re having trouble, you can get tips for reading your card on your iOS phone, here.
